Brimbank Gardens

A syndication project of approximately 2,000 lots, developed by Peet Limited, on Mt Derrimut Road, Deer Park South. Melway Map 39, D2.

WBCM has provided urban infrastructure design, site supervision and contract administration duties for the ongoing staged developments.

Elements have included roads (major and minor), drains (Council and Melbourne Water Corporation), sewer (branch and reticulation), water, electrical, gas and telecommunication infrastructure.

Melbourne Water Drainage Schemes, known as Kayes Drain and Laverton Creek, required that the existing valley floors be preserved.

Grasses of State significance located within part of the valley floor have been protected and incorporated into the drainage swale system.
